2. Subject of the Agreement

AutoProVin provides paid vehicle history reports based on data aggregated from third-party databases (including, but not limited to, national vehicle registers, insurance databases, and accident records). Reports are compiled automatically after you submit a valid Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). Reports are informational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. AutoProVin is not a certified vehicle inspection authority.

3. Ordering and Access

To purchase a report you must provide a valid VIN and a valid payment method. Orders are processed immediately upon successful payment authorisation. You will receive access to your report electronically. Reports are written in English. AutoProVin reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe (https://stripe.com). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Because AutoProVin provides digital content that is made available immediately upon payment, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the report and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is forfeited once the report has been generated and delivered. Notwithstanding the above, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of payment and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Nature and Accuracy of Reports

Vehicle history data is sourced from third-party providers. AutoProVin makes reasonable efforts to ensure data quality, but cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information. A report showing no accidents or damages does not guarantee that the vehicle is free from defects or undisclosed damage. We strongly recommend an independent mechanical inspection before purchasing any used vehicle.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, layouts, software, and trademarks on www.autoprovin.com are the property of AutoProVin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use your purchased report solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share report data without prior written consent from AutoProVin.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: • Provide false information when placing an order. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the website. • Resell or redistribute reports or report data. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. • Use the Service in a way that disrupts or damages it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoProVin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Data Protection

AutoProVin processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at www.autoprovin.com/privacy) and applicable EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not stored on AutoProVin servers.

11. Amendments to Terms

AutoProVin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at www.autoprovin.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Berlin, Germany. For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
